Meet Sasha, the driving force behind Wait and Partners. As a registered Industrial Psychologist with years of experience, she seamlessly integrates her unique skill set into every project we handle. Her leadership sets the tone for operational excellence, aligning psychology and business strategy to create innovative solutions. Sasha heads the mediation division, specializing in commercial, workplace, and medical mediations, while also playing a crucial role in our ISO and compliance services. Always available to connect with clients, Sasha’s passion for growth, both for businesses and individuals, is truly what sets us apart. When she’s not working, you’ll find her enjoying time with her family and tending to her farm animals!
Jamie Wait – Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Jamie, a founding member and RICS Registered Quantity Surveyor, leads our operations and heads up the Project Services department. With expertise in cost consulting, commercial management, and risk management, Jamie ensures our clients achieve maximum efficiency and profitability. His hands-on experience across various industries, including mining, commercial, and residential, has made him a respected leader in the field. When not overseeing projects, Jamie can be found with his family, perfecting his golf game, or tackling his latest DIY adventure.
